Man conducts hilarious challenges for a good cause
A Sydney man is ticking off hilarious challenges as he raises money for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Nine News sports reporter Jake Duke will be volunteering in the remote community of Laramba in the Northern Territory and raising money for National Aboriginal Sporting Chance Academy (NASCA).
NASCA helps improve education, health and cultural outcomes in regional Australia for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Each fundraising milestone Jake reaches he completes an out-there task.
Some of the tasks include: shaving QLD onto the back of his head, eating sheep’s testicles and a boxing round with a professional athlete.
Well, he has stepped into the ring with former rugby league player Paul Gallen.
Jake tells Ben Fordham he is passionate about the cause.
“I’m a proud indigenous man and I’ve just been looking for ways to give back to my community and to help the plight of my people.”
