Queensland students, parents and teachers have been left in the dark returning to school with no health advice or a ‘back-to-school plan’ from the State government.

With the return of school in 10 days, what plans are in place for teachers and students across the state?

Jenni Rickard, President of the Australian Parents Council, joined Scott Emerson on 4BC Drive to explain what is being done to prepare for the return of the school year.

“Principals across Queensland are up at night planning for their school’s communities and making sure they have the plans in place and the contingency plans regardless of what the government decides,” she told Scott Emerson.

“I feel like we’re in safe hands with our school principals, having done the work for how it is going to work in their school communities.”
