LATEST: Ben Roberts-Smith defamation case dismissed

Ben Roberts-Smith has largely lost his defamation case against Nine newspapers.
His proceedings against three media outlets were dismissed on Thursday.
Justice Anthony Besanko found the newspapers have proven some allegations of war crimes against Roberts-Smith.
