Labor orders investigation into federal MP’s alleged lobbying link

Two federal government departments have been asked to trawl contracts they’ve signed, amid allegations an MP gave advice to a lobbying firm who helps companies win government contracts.
Liberal MP Stuart Robert is accused of using his influence to aid Canberra lobbying firm Synergy 360.
Mr Robert categorically denies the claims.
Government Services Minister Bill Shorten has this afternoon ordered a review.
