Unvaccinated Queenslanders are being warned to get the COVID-19 jab before the state reopens its borders.

Queensland recorded its lowest average since August in the seven days leading up to yesterday.

“It just shows that the people who were keen to get it have got it and now the interest is waning,” Neil Breen said.

“The onus is on you – a member of the public and a member of the human race.

“If you want to be protect against COVID-19, you’ve got to get yourself vaccinated.”
