Dashcam footage has emerged of two men blocking a parking spot in Melbourne’s CBD, stopping the driver from parking there.

The men say they are holding the spot for their friend.

They reportedly moved eventually and allowed the driver to park.

Chris Smith says “it’s a bit inconsiderate”.

“I think you’ve got a right to stay there for a minute or so and if the car’s not there you say ‘get out of the way!'”
