Ray Hadley finds it “inconceivably stupid” that Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen is contemplating imposing tariffs on steel and cement imports.

Imports of steel and cement from countries like China and India could face new tariffs to level the playing field so that Australian producers looking to reduce carbon emissions are not disadvantaged.

“I just can’t believe this story,” Ray said.
