In the case of loss or destruction, the voucher cannot be replaced. Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable either in full or part for cash. Voucher is valid to date specified on the voucher which is set at the time of purchase. Extensions of the voucher are not permitted. If the validity amount is open it may only be used in one transaction. Unused amounts will not be refunded in cash nor credited for a future stay. Voucher must be authorized by the General Manager or appropriate representative of Novotel Brighton Beach through a signature. All vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from date of issue. A reservation must be made in advance in order to use the gift voucher subject to availability. This must be completed direct with the Hotel and not through a third party or website. When making a reservation the bearer must indicate that the payment will be by voucher and the voucher number must be quoted. Voucher must also be surrendered to Reception at the time of check in.
