The Sunshine Coast home where a girl was allegedly tortured by three teens has gone up in flames overnight. 

Emergency services were called to the Tewantin property around 1.30am after neighbours reported hearing a boom come from the abandoned property.

By the time firefighters arrived, the home was fully engulfed in flames.

It comes after three girls, aged 12, 13 and 14, were charged over the alleged assault of a 13-year-old inside the home earlier this month.
