Police have had another run-in with “sovereign citizens” at a traffic stop, this time on the Gold Coast. 

A 53-year-old woman was pulled over on December 5 last year for a roadside breath test in Palm Beach and allegedly proceeded to obstruct officers and refused to follow directions.

She was issued a notice to appear and is due to appear in the Coolangatta Magistrates Court on February 13.
