James Bradey from specialty steakhouse Bistecca has joined Chris Smith for this week’s Good Tucker to answer some juicy meat-related questions.

He says there’s even a correct way to cut a steak.

“It’s important to cut it across the grain so that when you’re eating, you’re not getting long fibres,” he reveals.
