Tokyo Olympic gold medallist Zac Stubblety-Cook’s has been awarded an Order of the Medal of Australia.

Since the Games, he said the biggest thing that has changed is heading out into the community and hopefully inspiring some young Australians.

“And show them a cool memento from the Olympics!” he told Neil Breen and Peter Psaltis this morning.

He said it was a very special honour, but he had a hilarious reaction to having OAM added to his name!

He said he hoped the FINA World Championships would go ahead, after being postponed.
