Kangaroo Point dockside businesses face eviction next month, as the government reveals it will not build a replacement CBD marina to house them.

In what has been a long-running standoff between several floating businesses and the government, Owner of the Prawnster Seafood Restaurant, Martin Brennan says he has now received final notice that the promised CBD Marina will not be built after all.

This leaves several businesses including the much-loved Prawnstar with no options and puts livelihoods at risk.
