Five Australians will tee off in the opening round of the Masters at Augusta when golf’s first major championship of the year gets underway tonight.

9News correspondent Tim Arvier told Neil Breen LIV golfers are set to line up against PGA-aligned players, shooting the stakes up higher.

“Finally, they’re getting all of the best golfers back in the one spot,” he said. “Everyone is desperate to win, even more so because of the stakes with the golf civil war.”
