‘Don’t believe in making excuses’ – Fitzgibbon admits plenty of improvement to come for Sharks

Cronulla coach Craig Fitzgibbon has praised his team’s “solid” start to the season amid several injuries, but admits there’s a long way to go if his side are to compete for the premiership.
“I don’t believe in making excuses, everyone has hard periods,” Fitzgibbon said.
