In a growing digital age where many of us are living further away from friends and family… the relationships we have with our neighbours can be vitally important to help combat social isolation and build a sense of community.

You’ll be happy to hear Australians still hold the value of mateship with our neighbours quite highly.

According to recent survey findings Baby Boomers are among the most trusting of their neighbours…with up to 84 percent of people older than 60 asking their neighbours to collect mail, feed pets and even keep a key.

Social Researcher, Ashley Fell from McCrindle, joined Warren Moore to discuss why neighbours really do make good friends.
