Continuous Call Team gets behind Beanie For Brain Cancer Round

Article image for Continuous Call Team gets behind Beanie For Brain Cancer Round

The Continuous Call Team will be wearing beanies for a very special cause this weekend.

The NRL is getting behind the fight against brain cancer and former footballer Mark Hughes is leading the charge following his own diagnosis with the deadly disease.

Since going into remission, Hughes launched the Mark Hughes Foundation Beanie For Brain Cancer to raise much-needed funds for brain cancer research.

Round 12 of the NRL has been renamed Beanie For Brain Cancer Round, with warm winter beanies being sold at games, at selected IGA stores and online.

The round raised over $2 million last year and the foundation is hoping this year will be bigger and better than ever.

The Continuous Call Team is throwing their support behind the cause, sporting their beanies with pride.

The Big Marn is particularly happy with his one.
