Broncos prop Millie Boyle was jointly awarded the league’s top honour Dally M award last night with Dragons fullback Emma Tonegato.

She spoke to Peter Fegan about the honour and how it would be a “dream” to one day have equal pay across both NRL competitions.

“That would be amazing, there’s a lot of steps to go in that time, that will come with the growing of the game, more people playing, more people watching.

“We know, we’re not silly, it’s sponsorship, it’s bums on seats … ideally that would be a dream.”

Boyle says she grew up with rugby league and rugby union.
