Brisbane Airport hits new record with busy Easter peak
Brisbane Airport has recorded its busiest day in more than 2 years, with around 52,000 people passing through the domestic terminals.
It’s believed the Easter break is behind the surge in traffic.
The last time the airport saw those kind of numbers was pre-COVID.

Brisbane Airport Corporation’s Rachel Bronish says they predicted this time would be busy, with Australians eager to travel again.
