Two new exposure sites after COVID positive truck driver enters Queensland
Queensland is once again on alert for COVID-19 after an infected truck driver from NSW travelled to the sunshine state.
The person entered on 25 August visiting service stations in Archerfield and Goondiwindi.
They only spent a day in the community while infectious.
Queensland health advises people to contact NSW authorities for specific information on the case.
Exposure sites include:
- Thursday 26 August – BP Service Station (outdoors including truck parking area)
Corner Randolph St and Boundary Rd, Archerfield – 8.50am-11.10am - Thursday 26 August – BP Service Station (indoor areas)
Corner Randolph St and Boundary Rd, Archerfield, 10am-10.40am - Thursday 26 August – Goondiwindi BP Truckstop
BP Service Station, 11/11 Cunningham Hwy, Goondiwindi, 5.30pm-6.30pm - Thursday 26 August – Truck driver amenities/ dining area, Goondiwindi BP Truckstop
