There is a new COVID-19 case on the Gold Coast.

Queensland Health confirmed an investigation is underway to determine how the person contracted the virus.

The person visited the Robina Town Centre during the Black Friday shopping sales.

“This is a timely reminder for all Queenslanders to regularly monitor the list of exposure venues on the Queensland Health website and follow the public health advice, as there may be more locations,” the statement read.
