Bomb squad called to UQ St Lucia campus

A suspicious package that sparked the evacuation of parts of the University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus has been deemed safe.
The Great Court was blocked off by police this afternoon following the discovery of an unattended bag in a bathroom.
The bomb squad was called in to investigate the item.
