Tourism Minister Dan Tehan says Australia’s international border should open before Christmas.

The opening of the border will coincide with the country reaching 80 per cent double vaccinations, as outlined in the national plan.

Minister Tehan told Neil Breen “we’re definitely on target” to reopen by Christmas.

“That’s why we put the national plan in place.”
