Sunshine Coast residents will soon be seeing more e-scooters in their area with an 18-month trial about to kick off. 

The Sunshine Coast Council are beginning an 18-month trial of e-scooters in June, with Neuron securing their spot in the trial.

Local small business Oggy Scooters knocked back the opportunity to be a part of the trial.

Kate Ogg, Director of Oggy Scooters, told Neil Breen on 4BC Brisbane Live, “our business values were all aligned with not having scooters littered on footpaths…”
