US actor Ray Liotta has died suddenly at the age of 67. 

Liotta was known for his leading roles in Goodfellas and Field of Dreams.

The actor reportedly died in his sleep in the Dominican Republic, where he was shooting a film.

Liotta was engaged to be married and leaves behind a daughter from his previous marriage.
