The idea of recording voices is one that has been used for decades, but maybe not in this way. 

Demographer, Bernard Salt, joined Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons to discuss his idea of recording the voices of his loved ones.

Mr Salt told Sofie Formica, “when you hear these voices, more than 40 years later, you’re immediately transported back through time…it’s the most evocative experience and quite emotional when you experience it.”
