Last week, Chris got a tip-off from a listener.

When in Pozières, he must visit Le Tommy Café du Souvenir.

Le Tommy’s bar is built with sandbags and is adorned with classic World War One photos.

On the walls are lists of the names of Australian soldiers, medals, and flags.

Le Tommy’s owner Dominic welcomed Chris Smith and showed him a particularly special addition to his cafe.

“This is just extraordinary,” Chris says.

“No wonder everyone says that when you come to Pozières you must stop at your wonderful cafe.”
