Are they Vigilantes or just vigilant citizens?

A rise in crime around the Pimpama area has prompted locals to come together to carry out patrols of the streets at night.

The Pimpama Civilian Response Team has about 20 members at this stage.

Founder Kyal Bone tells Ben the group aren’t vigilantes, but they want to assist police who are spread too thin.
