The Wests Tigers are facing intense criticism after naming Adam Doueihi at halfback just days after he walked out on the team.

The decision to reinstate Doueihi into his preferred position without any sanction was labeled a sign of weakness by the Continuous Call Team. The club failed to hold Doueihi accountable after he refused to play against Canberra.

Daryl Brohman expressed his disbelief. “I think they should have formed some sort of sanction against him, maybe fined him, but they’ve done nothing,” he said. “To me, that shows a sign of weakness.”
