Jason Matthews has taken the opposition to task after it was revealed the budget for the Cross River rail had been blown out.

He says the figures revealed yesterday in Parliament are a giant spotlight on the opposition’s financial legacy.

“It’s completely fair to blame the former government for concealing billions in costs and allowing industrial issues to derail the progress,” he said.
