After three years, 11 months, and 12 days of negotiations, the State and Federal Governments have finally reached an agreement on funding for the 2032 Olympics.

The deal, valued at $7 billion, aims to ensure that Brisbane can host a remarkable event in 2032.

Queensland Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast the deal was “exactly what we wanted.”
