Jarrod Bleijie condemns CFMEU strike action says media coverage is a must despite abuse

On Thursday and Friday last week, members of the CFMEU went on strike in protest of the High Court’s endorsement of continuing the union’s forced administration.

Deputy Premier and Industrial Relations Minister Jarrod Bleijie told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, the CFMEU’s latest antics are “repeat behaviour”.

“This has been happening for 10 years,” he said.

“What you need to do is get the regulation right, the policy settings right, change the legislation, and we have to go after the CFMEU,” he added.
