Former Maroons captains Wally Lewis and Darren Lockyer reflect on their time as leaders and provide advice for new captain Cam Munster. 

With Cam Munster captaining his first game for the Maroons on Wednesday night, former captains Wally Lewis and Darren Lockyer had advice for the new skipper and spoke about their own experiences.

QLD Maroons legend Wally Lewis said to Wide World of Sports host Peter Psalits “Every now and then there may be a decision you might need to make a pretty big call on but other than that I’ve got to say it’s playing your natural game.”

“It’s obviously a huge honour, when you’re the captain you probably want to win that touch more because the responsibility is on you,”  Lockyer said on 4BC Wide World of Sports.
