Value for money or just cheap: Australians are buying more Chinese vehicles, but are they worth it?

Chinese vehicles now make up 15 per cent of all the cars Australians buy with Great Wall Motors are now the 6th biggest seller Down Under.

Cox Automotive Australia Corporate Affairs Manager Mike Costello told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, “I’m recommending people now who are cautious and curious about the Chinese stuff, go kick the tyres, have a look.”

“I’m not particularly concerned about the long-term strength of these cars, they’re actually pretty good these days,” Mr Costello said.
