The Brisbane Festival will return later this year, promising large spectacles over three weeks.

Brisbane Festival artistic director, Louise Bezzina says she wants to show off Brisbane as a stage.

‘Whilst that sounds like a really big statement, we have all these amazing landscapes around the city … the walking bridges, we’ve got this incredible river,” she said.
