‘Godfather of modern cooking’ returns to QLD coast for exclusive 3-day residency

Chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White is the youngest ever recipient of three Michelin stars, and he’s back in Australia.

He will be at HOTA on the Gold Coast from this Thursday, for a three-day residency that will feature both once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences, as well as masterclasses under the stars.

Marco Pierre White told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, “Australians, they love dining out, they love the hospitality industry, there are very few countries in the world which have a love affair with food and with gastronomy, like the Australian people.”

“When they leave Australia and travel the world, their thirst for knowledge is enormous,” the Michelin star chef continued.
