Neil Mitchell opens up on an insightful chat with a controversial priest

Bill McDonald

Former radio broadcaster and host of the Neil Mitchell Asks Why podcast, Neil Mitchell, has opened up on his latest episode with Father Kevin Dillion.

The controversial priest, who Mitchell says keeps the Church honest, slammed a recent ruling by the High Court of Victoria, which decided the Church didn’t need to compensate victims as priests weren’t employees.

“Kevin was just outraged … he said ‘They’ve gone and rattled the collection plate, collected money from good people, and then gone to use that money to fight against the victims’,” he told Bill McDonald.
