Gary Hardgrave fears for the future of Brisbane after the city council’s density housing announcement. 

Brisbane’s Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner has announced a review of zoning rules for low-to-medium density housing in an effort to tackle the city’s rising housing prices.

4BC Drive host Gary Hardgrave said “If I’m saying it, it can’t be hard, I don’t understand why they want to manage our misery instead of trying to plan for our future.”

“I love Brisbane but I fear for its future without a reinvigoration of common sense at City Hall, ” Hardgrave continued.
