The concerning rise of the ‘Homo Solo’
Mike speaks with Karina Chapman, Dating & Connection Expert, about the rise of the ‘Homo Solo’—young Australian men turning to emotional connections on OnlyFans instead of real-world relationships.
Chapman says this trend is leaving women distressed and men increasingly lonely and dependent. With 63% of men under 30 now single (compared to 34% of women), many are using OnlyFans to fill an emotional void—only to become more isolated.
The issue has grown so serious that some rehab centres are now offering treatment specifically for OnlyFans addiction.
