The Easter and School Holidays are the perfect time for a weekend away and the Sunshine State has plenty of great destinations.

Tash Wheeler from the Queensland Tourism Industry Council told Luke Bradnam on 4BC Breakfast, “We’re definitely seeing a lot of pick up right across Australia, on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, across Brisbane, and our Queensland country.

“There’s still some really great, amazing offers and beautiful places for people who haven’t quite decided where they want to go right across the state.”
