A Queensland Camel dairy has taken out the gold, silver and bronze at this years Sydney royal cheese and dairy show.

Summer Land Camels is the country’s largest camel dairy and the world’s largest training centre.

The organisation has been at the forefront of innovation when it comes new products with an emphasis on preserving the health benefits of milk.

Rural reporter Georgia Kondek spoke with Chief Executive Paul Martin about what it means to win awards like these.
