Phil Gould joined The Continuous Call Team to preview Sunday’s Battle of the Beaches between Cronulla and Manly.

Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon has made sweeping changes this week to his side that were hammered by the Warriors last week, including the axing of five-eighth Matt Moylan.

Gould told The Continuous Call Team the changes may have come too late.

“Might have done it a while ago, it’s hard to make these changes late in the season and get a good result,” he said.

“Something had to happen after last week, had to be a reaction.”
