One of the big focuses at today’s National Cabinet meeting was the huge NDIS blowouts, but we don’t seem to have any more clarity.

Earlier this month NDIS Minister Bill Shorten demanded that the state government should help the federal government reform the NDIS by doing more heavy lifting from inside the state health systems.

However, Neil Breen said on Brisbane Live that the Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk made it very clear at a press conference on April 19th that the NDIS is national scheme and not the state’s problem.

At today’s National Cabinet meeting Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was asked what would happen if Premier’s like Annastacia Palaszczuk continued to refuse to contribute more.

But the PM’s response did not bring us any closer to answers.
