Royce Simmons’ big walk for Alzheimer’s continues to inspire

As Royce Simmons’ 12-day ‘Big Walk’ progresses, the rugby league legend shares heartfelt moments and experiences from the road.

Simmons’ 313km walk from Dubbo to Bathurst is scheduled to conclude on the 29th of April when the Panthers take on the Wests Tigers.

The funds raised will support Alzheimer’s research and awareness efforts, a cause close to Simmons’ heart since his own diagnosis in 2021.

Royce told Ray Hadley, “Every step I take is a step closer to making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s, and I’m grateful for all the support I’ve received so far.”
