No relief for south-east until Sunday as heatwave continues

It’s been another hot and sleepless night for the south-east as a heatwave continues to grip parts of the east coast.
The temperature is forecast to hit 31 degrees but the humidity will make it feel several degrees warmer.
Today reporter Mia Glover told Laurel, Gary & Mark the hot weather is forecast to get worse this weekend.
“They have issued this heatwave warning, the Bureau of Meteorology has put that out for the next few days, up until Sunday,” she said.
