The hackers behind the Medibank data breach have dumped an entire data file online, believed to be the last of the stolen information.

Almost 10 million Australians have been caught up in the cyber attack.

Sensitive information, including medical histories of drug addition and mental health diagnoses have been exposed.

Medibank says a lot of the latest data released by hackers is incomplete and hard to understand.

The private health insurer says while hacker claim it is a signal of “case closed” Medibank is still working to limit harm to its customers.
