Lucky escape as stolen Porsche ploughs into Redbank home
A man and two young children have been lucky to escape injury after a stolen car ploughed into their Ipswich home early this morning.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on Eagle Street and Kruger Parade in Redbank at around 3am to find the occupants of the car had fled the scene.
Police say the Porsche had been stolen from a property at Bridgeman Downs just a few hours earlier.
A man and two young children, both around the age of five, were inside the home at the time and were treated at the scene for cuts and bruises.
Investigators are now on the hunt for multiple offenders.
It comes just a day after three teens were hospitalised after crashing a stolen car west of Ipswich.
