Brisbane is in for a special treat this evening with the last total lunar eclipse until 2025. 

The astronomical event will see the moon pull off a disappearing act as it passes through Earth’s shadow.

Astrophysicist Brad Tucker told Laurel, Gary & Mark the moon will also turn a deep red colour during the eclipse, creating a ‘blood moon’.
