Laurel shares best Cloudland concert memories on milestone anniversary

It’s been four decades since one of Brisbane’s most beloved buildings was razed in the dead of night.

For more than 40 years, Cloudland sat high above Bowen Hills, its arched entrance overlooking Brisbane but on November 7, 1982, the city woke to news the grand building had been demolished.

Laurel, Gary & Mark had a look back at some of their best memories in the hall.

“I do remember one concert in particular and it was very, very memorable,” Laurel said.
