Office workers should avoid ‘mindless munchies’ in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, according to a health professional.
Dietician Susie Burrell spoke to Tony Pilkington, filling in for Sofie Formica, about nutrition in the workplace.
She highlighted some of the steps that individuals and workplaces should take to encourage positive surroundings.
“If everyone’s eating healthy food, it’s a much more healthy environment,” she said.
